Jonathon Wilcox is a landscape and astrophotographer based out of Idaho Falls. He began photography as a teenager in Arizona, where he primarily focused on wildlife and landscape subjects before developing a strong interest in astronomy and astrophysics. Jonathon moved to Chicago in 2015 to pursue a degree in Chemical Engineering and play college baseball, then later relocated to Idaho Falls to build a career in the nuclear industry. His current photography interests include deep space, auroras, astronomical events, and battling street lamps (i.e., light pollution).
